A Fynlo native Expense Account app - like expensemonkey.io - where you can take pictures with your mobile, upload and/or email (to a special dedicated email address) .pdfs/pics/etc to be AI OCR'd, categorised and assigned to a project with the pic attached.
A backend management dashboard - either app and/or webbased - to approve, edit etc expenses for different users assigned to Project participants.

market_beyond_gmail_com A workaround atm can be to still take mobile pictures of i.e. restaurant receipt, gas receipt etc and just upload them to the Google drive the current AI Expense syncs with. That adds too many in between steps imho and correction/adjustment can only be done much later as it is entirely left to the AI to assign - especially in comparison to the convenience of an app like expensemonkey.io that I am currently using for my wife and my business.

You’re right, the Google Drive workaround can add extra steps, especially when edits happen later in the process. Totally get how that impacts the experience.
